Set in Toronto, Sofia (aka Fi) is a twenty-nine year old pop singer whose fifteen seconds of fame is slipping through her fingers. So when her manager/best friend replaces her in favour of a much younger, viral TikTok artist, Fi spirals– it’s her worst fear come true. Fueled by vodka and revenge, Fi views to finish her second album, go viral, and prove to everyone in her life – including herself – that she has what it takes to be the next pop icon. At the same time, Fi is experiencing a queer awakening that ultimately shows her authenticity opens doors to wild, new possibilities.
